Private Sessions are for you if...

• You are unable to do things you enjoy because of anxiety. 
• Family transitions 
  
• Significant life changes
  
• You are grieving the loss of a loved one.  
• You are managing the care of older parents, or young children. 
• The thought of going to school fills you with dread. 
• You are experiencing general overwhelm due to life stressors.   
• You work in a fast paced environment like teaching or nursing.​​​​

​What to Expect...

• 1 hour dedicated to your journey
• Begin each session with a grounding activity. 
• Loosely guided creative invitations.
• Support and guidance is provide. 
• Space and time to notice and reflect.​​
• Strength biased and forward moving creative invitations
• Creative experience is not needed.  ​​

Three Sessions, $225
Each 1 hour session will begin with a short warm up or grounding activity and move into the main creative experience.

Private Session Cancellation Policy:
Missed or cancelled appointments can have a large financial impact on a small business. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.  Any missed or cancelled appointments within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee.
