Grief and Loss - Feel grounded and a sense of peace as you honour and expresses feelings of grief in response to a significant loss in your life. This meaningful and healing experience is for you if you are grieving the loss of a loved one or the loss of an important aspect of your life (sudden job loss, children leaving home, move to a new community, etc)

- Session 1: Express and Connect - Explore what you are feeling connected to, want to hold on to, and let go of in response to your loss.
- Session 2: Caring for You - Embrace time to focus on what you need to stay grounded and cared for during this difficult time.
- Session 3: Honouring Your Loss - You will be invited to honour your loss with intention through a creative project.
Nourish and Heal - Feel lighter and better prepared to manage and support your current experience. This is for you if you are working a stressful job, balancing family/work/other responsibilities, caring for older parents, feeling burnt out, or are experiencing stress and anxiety.

- Session 1: Exploring Now - Creatively express the here and now, giving space and awareness to your current experience.
- Session 2: Gaining Clarity - Feel empowered and hopeful as you become clear on where you want to go through a garden exercise.
- Session 3: Continuing Your Journey - We will explore what's next and where will you go from here through a guided art activity.
Awaken Your Self-Care Practice - Walk away feeling motivated to develop a regular creative practice that will support your emotional health and increase your ability to manage times of stress and overwhelm. This is experience is designed for a busy mom, and overwhelmed teen, someone working a demanding job, or individuals managing the care of their aging parents.
- Session 1: Flow - Get into your creative flow with a simple activity using either collage, mark making materials, or both.
- Session 2: Mindful Mandala - Feel solid and strong as you are guided though creating a mandala that represents your best self.
- Session 3: Relax and Release - Have fun relaxing into a creative journey as your are invited to participate in an expressive art experience.
