Mindful Art
Enjoy 20 minutes to focus on you. You will be guided through simple and inspiring creative play that you can leave as is or add to through the week. Walk away feeling relaxed and replenished. No creative experience needed. We will use minimal and accessible art materials. Youth and Adults Welcome. 1 session - $10 10 session punch pass - $80 (use punch pass within 4 months) Mondays at 8:30am or Mondays at 7:30pm 20 min/session, via zoom |
Virtual Art Journaling Coming to you in Winter 2024 Monthly Art Journaling via zoom This is for you if you are looking to develop a general practice of caring for yourself through art journaling. Each invitation will inspire self discovery and reflection. Sessions will be 1 hour More Information and Details to Come |
