" This exercise helped me move through feelings of sadness and ended in an unexpected moment of gratitude. I didn't have any expectations of what I would create as I moved through my feelings drawing stick figures and scribbles on the page. By doing this I was able process what I was feeling and then carry on with my day instead of feeling frozen and stuck that she has passed on." - Tara Jaskowiak
