Make Your Mark is a creative experience that will help clear your head and have you feeling lighter. Your creative energy will flow as you play with a variety of art materials and relax into the space. A monthly theme will set the stage for a loosely guided creative experience. Each session with begin with a grounding activity before engaging in an expressive art experience. Sessions will end with an opportunity to share something about your experience and observe what others have created. No art experience necessary, guidance and support are available as needed. This is for you if you want to dedicate time to your self care practice, or are experiencing feelings of overwhelm (grief, anxiety, stress, burn out) and want to release some of that energy.
A Collage Paper Experience (May) - We will play with making collage paper while learning ways to continue the fun at home. The session will also include ideas on how the papers can be used after creating them.
