Workshop - What to Expect

Facilitating a workshop gives me so much joy.  I love to get comfortable and connect with participants as they connect with their creative flow.  In each of my workshops I open with a warm up or grounding activity to get comfortable with the space we are in and begin connecting with our creative flow.  Most of our time together we focus on 1-3 activities depending on the type of workshop.  At the end I usually invite participants to share a piece that they created and I invite them to share one thing about it.  This last part is voluntary, participants are invited to share only what feels right to them.  Reach out if you have questions.
