Private Sessions are for you if...

  • You are managing the care of older parents, or young children. 
  • You are grieving the loss of a loved one.
  • You have emotions that have built up inside and you want to release them.  
  • You work in a high stress environment. 
  • You crave time to focus on your needs. ​​

What to Expect...

  • 1 hour dedicated to your journey
  • Begin each session with a grounding activity. 
  • Loosely guided creative invitations.
  • Support and guidance is provide. 
  • Space and time to notice and reflect.​​
  • Creative exercises that are strength biased and forward moving 
  • You do not need any creative experience

Three Sessions, $225
Each 1 hour session will begin with a short warm up or grounding activity and move into the main creative experience.

Mini Retreat - Walk away feeling refreshed, reenergized, positive, motivated to take on the world.  A perfect fun and relaxing feel-good experience for: a busy mom, someone working a demanding job, or a retired individual looking to try something new.  
  • ​Day 1: Flow - Get into your creative flow with a simple activity using either collage, mark making materials, or both.  
  • Day 2: Mindful Mandala - Feel solid and strong as you are guided though creating a mandala that represents your best self.  
  • Day 3: Relax and Release - Have fun relaxing into a creative journey as your are invited to participate in an expressive art experience.  
Nourish and Heal - You will feel lighter and better prepared to manage and support your current experience.  This is for you if you are working a stressful job, balancing family/work/other responsibilities, caring for older parents, feeling burnt out, or emotionally disconnected.  
Note: Healing is a journey that will continue beyond 3 sessions, this is a small part of that journey.   
  • ​Day 1: Exploring Now - Creatively express the here and now, giving space and awareness to your current experience.
  • Day 2: Gaining Clarity - Feel empowered and hopeful as you become clear on where you want to go through a garden exercise.  
  • Day 3: Continuing Your Journey - We will explore what's next and where will you go from here through a guided art activity.
