Age 8-11 Broad Cove Hall $40/person During the session we will be playing with college; using paper, magazine images, and other materials, as we explore our inner awesomeness! Building Resilience Through Art Building emotional resilience as a young person provides a groundwork for healthy responses challenges as they arise. We will explore how we can connect with our emotions through art by engaging in creative invitations that are grounding and encourage expression of what we are experiencing in the moment. This is ideal for groups of youth, including school groups, art classes, & community groups. Ages 10+ 1 or 2 hour session at your location Mark Making for the Anxious Mind Meaningful play in mark making is a healthy support and benefit for individuals experiencing anxiety that Using basic art materials take part in creative invitations that encourage self reflection and regain control over anxious feelings. No creative experience needed. Ideal for individuals who want to support and manage their experiences of anxiety. Age 10+ and Adults 1 or 2 hour session at your location Mindful Art Mindful Art can improve sleep, reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem, and strengthen relationships. Explore the basics of mindfulness as you engage in creative play that is peaceful, rejuvenating, and satisfying. Ideal for staff teams, community groups, and groups of youth feeling an emotional intensity that many of us experience everyday due to daily life stressors.
